  2. 2Tap Calendar, then Continue with Google.
  3. 3Choose your Google account and press Allow.
  4. 4That's it — your events appear in the Calendar tab within a minute.
Sync your contactsNames, numbers and photos from your phone or Google.›
  1. 1Open Settings inside This & That and tap Sync Contacts.
  2. 2Your phone shows its own contact picker — choose the people you work with.
  3. 3Press Done. They appear in the People tab with their photos.
  4. 4On iPhone: Safari gives no website access to your phone book, so Sync Contacts opens a file picker instead. Export your contacts as a .vcf (Contacts app → share, or iCloud.com → Export vCard) and choose it — names, numbers, emails and photos all come across.
  5. 5Pulling contacts straight from Google or Outlook is not built yet — it needs a connected account, which is coming separately.

  1. 1Open Settings inside This & That, tap Cloud Storage.
  2. 2Pick Google Drive (or iCloud) and press Allow when asked.
  3. 3Keep important documents in one folder — for example 'This & That / Identity'.
  4. 4Now try Ask: type 'Send me my driver's license'. It finds the file and hands it to you.
Set up the VaultA 4-digit code plus Face ID for your most private files.›
  1. 1Open the Vault from the More menu.
  2. 2Enter any 4-digit code — that becomes your code.
  3. 3Tap 'Unlock with Face ID / fingerprint' once, and approve — biometrics are now on.
  4. 4Remember: nothing in the Vault is ever read by the AI. Ever.

Yes. The Vault is never read by AI, and nothing is shared without your say-so. Every send needs your approval.

Does it work on a flight?›

Yes — add tasks offline; everything syncs the moment you're back in range. Settings shows the exact sync state.

What if someone doesn't reply?›

Your Chief of Staff follows up politely on its own, and only escalates to you when a decision is needed.

How do reminders work?›

Swipe any item that needs you — right to snooze 30 minutes, left to pick exact minutes or hours. You can snooze even while it's ringing.
