If we message you
Someone you work with handed you a task on This & That.
This page explains what that means for you.
You do not need an account
You never sign up, install anything or log in. You reply to a message. That is all.
We ask first
We only send you reminders after you accept the invite yourself. The person who added you cannot accept for you.
You choose how: Telegram or email.
Replying
Reply to the message with an update, or DONE. A voice note works on Telegram.
Each message also has a link to a page with your open tasks. Tap "It is done", or send an update. No login.
What we hold about you
- Your name, and the phone number or email the person added.
- The tasks handed to you, your replies, and when we reminded you.
- If you use Telegram, your chat number. If you send a voice note, the text of it.
- Whether you accepted, or replied STOP.
The person who handed you the work can see your tasks and replies. Nobody else can.
How often
At most one message a day, with all your open tasks in it.
The person who added you can choose to slow reminders down if you do not reply for a while.
Reminders stop when the person who gave you the task confirms it is done or deletes it.
Stop any time
Reply STOP. Any casing works. Or tap Stop messages on your page.
We stop straight away and never message you again. Nobody can switch it back on.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to contact@thisandthat.care. Full details are in our Privacy policy.
