Terms of Service

This & That is a personal follow-up assistant that helps you capture tasks, keep track of the people you work with, and (when you enable them) send reminders and messages on your behalf. Some features depend on third-party integrations you choose to connect.

You sign in with your email via a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Don't use the Service to break the law, to send spam or unlawful messages, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access another user's data or disrupt the Service. Automated messaging you enable must comply with the rules of the channel used (for example WhatsApp's Business Policy) and with the consent of the people you message.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed through our payment provider. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, RKM Industries, via Razorpay. Prices shown at checkout are final; nothing is charged without your action in the provider's own window. India consumer-law rights apply where relevant.

You keep ownership of everything you put into the Service. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process your content to operate the Service for you.

We work to keep the Service available but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change or remove features. Where features are still being rolled out, the app indicates this honestly.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
